Rachel Heitler, LMFT
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with expertise in treating anxiety and stress-related disorders. I apply evidence-based techniques and teach clients concrete skills to help address unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
Research has shown that therapy is most effective within the context of a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to build a positive and supportive environment for my clients while setting high expectations for what they can accomplish.
